Safety centre
Meet publicly. Keep control. Trust your instincts.
Aura is a directory, not an agency. Members arrange lawful social meetings independently and remain responsible for their own decisions and safety.
Before meeting anyone
Keep contact on-platform
Do not share home, workplace, financial or identity details before trust is established.
Choose a public place
Meet in a staffed, familiar venue and arrange your own transport both ways.
Tell someone you trust
Share the public venue and expected return time. Agree on a check-in message.
Non-negotiable boundaries
- Consent must be clear, voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
- No person may offer, request or imply sexual services through Aura.
- No coercion, trafficking, threats, harassment, drugs or weapons.
- Never participate if anyone appears under 18 or age is uncertain.
- Do not send money, deposits, gift cards or financial credentials through an inquiry.
If something feels wrong
Leave immediately. You do not owe anyone an explanation. Move to a staffed public place and contact someone you trust.
If there is immediate danger or a crime in progress, contact local emergency services. Aura cannot provide emergency response.
Preserve relevant messages, dates and profile details, then submit a confidential report to the admin team.
Need urgent help?
Contact emergency services or a trusted person first. Platform reports are reviewed as quickly as possible but are not monitored as an emergency line.
